Color Coordinated Holidays

With the upcoming holiday season just a cold breeze away, it’s time to reconsider how you go about decorating your home for the holidays.  Gone are the days of the traditional red & green decor.  You work hard to create that stylish space you live in day to day, why default to the standards of Christmas decorating that may not mesh with your current room.  Create a color scheme for your holiday decor from the items that are already surrounding you.  Look around & take inspiration from that accent pillow you adore, the china place setting passed down from your grandmother, your area rug, etc…

Taking color cues from the artwork above the fireplace, this multi-colored garland below blends seamlessly into the current decor.  Enhancing the space, not detracting from it.

Ornaments & other decorations can be found in any array of color variations, so there is no excuse when it comes to decorating for 2012!
